| Items that are commissioned to customer order/requirements currently have a despatch time of approx 21-28 working days (excl. Bank Holidays).
Photo to Canvas Items are usually despatched within 7-10 working days of VeryAbstract receiving the order and the images to be used. VeryAbstract will advise delivery date via email.
Please Note: We cannot allocate a despatch date for your Photo to Canvas items until we have received the images that are to be used.
Digital Art is despatched in 7-10 working days and we advise delivery date via email.
If you haven't paid the extra for a Saturday delivery then all deliveries are made between 9&5pm Mon-Fri, we do require a signature. If you have to go out at the last minute please leave a SIGNED note on the door to tell the courier where to leave the parcel, i.e. Neighbour etc.
PLEASE NOTE WE USE OUTSIDE COURIERS AND THEY CAN'T CALL CUSTOMERS FOR ANY REASON. WE ADVISE DELIVERY DATES IN PLENTY OF TIME AND WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR ASSISTANCE. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT TO CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IF NEEDED. |
